Enterpret has unlocked feedback insights that weren't able to organize and easily analyse before. It has been great to see immediate feedback as a result of a certain change that was made (intentionally or not intentionally). We have used insights from Enterpret to update courses, and external knowledge base articles, and prioritize projects. One of my favorite features is the ability to see anomalies and trends. I feel like I have more insight into our feedback and it is much easier to get to know our users.
