Great platform, lots of referrals

EmployeeReferrals has definitely made my job easier. I used to spend 4 hours a week tracking referrals, verifying continued employment, and sending bonuses to payroll but their platform has that down to 20 minutes. If you referral program has become tedious you need to check them out. The candidate and employee experience is also great. Their mobile platform is really streamlined and easy to use.

A solid platform for employee referrals

Our experience has been great. The campaign tool is easy to use and has helped us source 3x the referrals we did in the past. The response from our employees has been positive, and they like being able to track the progress of the people they refer. The integration with our ATS works flawlessly and only took a couple of days to implement.
