The strongest point is that it adds value to the company, as it publicizes what our customers have to say about us. My company has delegated this responsibility to me since they decided to implement it. I didn't know about the Embed Social tool, but with Alexander's help, it has become a very easy tool to use, and I currently dedicate three to four hours a month to it. Although I know it has a lot more potential and I'll be investing more time in it in the future. They're incredible, always willing to help, I feel like they're my work colleagues! I have to highlight Alexander because he never discriminated against me or made me feel inferior because I didn't have a great knowledge of computers and he always helped me overcome my difficulties with a friendly word and a smile. Thanks for that ;)
