The most important feature for us in platforms like this is the ability to translate the whole platform into the local languages in which we are operating. Mannie, the founder and lead developer, is listening to customer feedback, and we have managed to be involved in the roadmap of the software. The user interface is amazing. We primarily work in hospitality, where the average clients are not that tech-savvy, but using the platform was not an issue for our clients.

They keep challenging themselves and constantly improving their features. Mannie is awesome the founder as he seems to be available 24/7. Kudos to him and his team. I personally have a lot of saas products but this one happens to be my best investment so far, hands down
