I love how client management and task massignment is so easy

The Elephant has excellent integration of various related information from client data, tasks, client communication, and the organizing of files up to billing. Workflow Management was also excellent as there is an email notification every time a new job is added to a specified user, once sent for review and when the reviewer returns it for any comments/suggestions.
