Each thing in the right place

There are a lot of API so it's easy to integrate with other systems (e.g. SAP). Marketing users can upload and maintain data and images without IT support. It's very fast and clear. The customer support is quick and effective.

Ease of use and the tailorable solution which makes it very easy for me to use and amend the sytem in line with my requirements. To implment the system is very easy and easy to role out to people in our business. WIth the data channels it is easy to intergrate inot other systems with our business. The one time pim team are on hand to deliver good customer support to allow us to make supported changes.
