We had over 60 oral history videos plus some YouTube content, and Echo Labs was able to process multiple videos at once, finishing them in just a day or two. The accuracy of the captions was impressive—far better than AI-only solutions. We also appreciated that they allowed us to provide a controlled vocabulary, which ensured that even local or specialized terms were captured correctly. Their user dashboard made the whole process simple, whether we were uploading videos directly or linking to YouTube.
