I love how it can link with your CRM to pull up the profile of the person's resume you are looking at. It saves time because you can look and see the last time that person was contacted without leaving the webpage. YOu can add people to the database and add notes to theor profile without having to click back and forth between screens.

I really like that I can remain on LinkedIn and see what's in Bullhorn at the same time without having to switch between the two screens. The upgrade which allows one to get into Bullhorn records directly from the LinkedIn page is great or you can remain on LinkedIn and all your info (notes etc.) is right there. It's easy to use and saves a lot of time with respect to data entry
