It is great that we can reach out to Collin via email to assist us and we set up touch-base calls to get anything we need answered. I love that my team can have it on their cell phone and know exactly which location and time they are working. Also, to minimize human error, my team can request switches with each other too. Also, regardless how comfortable my team is with technology, they can navigate EasyShifts like a breeze.
