The customer service I have experienced with Easel.ly is unparalleled. I work in several online design tools and many don't even have customer support. Those that do can often take days to get back with just a link to a knowledge base that I've already searched. I had some account issues in the past weeks and not only was the response I received prompt and thorough, they went above and beyond to get me set up in a way that would allow me to use the tool in the way that works best for me. The drag and drop editor and gallery of objections and layouts also make this a great tool to use on the fly - which I often need to do!

I really like this tool for its ease of use, tons of graphics and templates that you can reuse. I recommend submitting your infographic for review so that you can get design advice on how to improve it.

I like the easy interface and lots of images, backgrounds etc included. Makes it easy to make something that lookes awesome.
