The flexibility of corrections and altering the submitted ideas.

I particularly liked the fact that the designer was able to translate my somewhat undefined ideas into exactly what I needed. The process took quite a bit of time because I didn't know all the details until I saw the process and drafts. The designer was very patient and provided a swift turn around time on my many edits, sometimes in just minutes!
