Earthlink is a solid product that makes improvements without throwing the "baby out with the bathwater." I like that it has a persnickety and aggressive spam-blocker which hasn't failed me yet. It's been among the most accurate and consistently reliable protection.

The first time I used EarthLink it was based on a colleague's recommendation. I was experiencing service interruptions, and I was told that EarthLink suffered fewer interruptions than other providers. I can't say for sure if that was true, but switching to EarthLink solved my problems with frequent interruptions.
