Its priced so SME's can afford to use a digital signature solution without breaking the bank

It does what I need it to do and is reasonably priced for the service.

The fact that it is affordable and that you can pay as you go set it apart from other suppliers... especially as we are a start-up. Customer service has always been good and they seem to always be adding more functionality.
