Easy to use, good documentation, good experience when interacting with Duro team so far

Duro has streamlined our engineering work flows with its intuitive interface and ease of use. We considered other legacy softwares but what truly set them appart was their great customer support - responsive and knowledgeable.

My team and I have previously used 3DX and solidworks products, and while some form of PLM solution is needed, we always hated the clunky and unituitive interface of other product. After being fed up with 3DX, I came across duro and tried it out. Duro still has all of the advanced features of existing solutions, but with a clean and logical interface that doesn't feel like a burden to use. Getting up and running was very fast and easy, with far better support resources than we have had with other solutions, although we found we didn't even need much help. Duro does what a PLM asystem should do, save time and reduce organizational burden so we can focus on actual engineering work. For a small team, the straightforward use and minimal time sink to set up was critical for us, but there are extensive features that ensure we won't have to change systems as we scale up.
