The dScout Live platform offers automated transcription of all interviews- even better, it lets you create video clips simply by highlighting text, and even lets you edit them together into simple highlight reels that can be shared with colleagues. -This makes it incredibly easy to share out a short reel of customer clips at the end of each week of research. Their diary platform is fantastic for contextual research, particularly in the age of COVID. I have used their missions platform to have customers walk through various tasks, complete missions at stores and provide instant feedback on their experience, and have even tested an end to end digital platform concept using nothing but inVision prototypes and the diary platform.
