The quality of participants is higher than any other platform we use. It was easy to learn and launch our first test.

The support staff has always been the most helpful of any vendors we work with. From Tim, to Spurthi, to Dendra, to Lindsay - literally everyone I have ever been in contact with since the beginning of my career 5+ years ago -- they're always willing to help us last-minute (since we're usually working under tight timelines, and they're so kind in working with us against those!). The platform specifcally is easy to use and the analysis side of it has become immensly better over the past couple of years!

Of a lot of the tools I've used, dscout is by far one of the best, especially when it comes to analysis. It's an overall simple interface, and the folks at dscout are wonderful–quick feedback and communication. In general, a wonderful pool of participants, too, so you can almost always find your demographic on the platform.
