Ability to have access to scouts for a wide variety of research

Dscout excels in getting started with a variety of research projects at ease. The participants pool is very large and fills up super quickly. For the template, it can be very useful to get a first draft. Most templates in the screener feel natural. The "knock-out" logic in multiple-choice can be a bit unique and requires some learning. I use dScout for interview research quite often, and really like the separate recording feature to capture screen and the participants' cam, and saving videos with selected view. Creating video clips is super easy with a simple search on the transcript, which is useful for early share with stakeholders. And, the research advisor is always quick to answer my questions and complete reviews. The programming is easy to understand, so I can bring along non-researchers to observe the sessions, making dScout an integrated part of workflow.

Alternatively it is now just as easy to bring my own participants to a study. I can do nearly any type of research ranging from interviews to unmoderated diary studies.
