- The diary mission, component of the tool is really useful for the product space that we work in, where accessing users in their day-to-day is important. - The review feature, has proved extremely beneficial for me as a UXR team of one. dscout studies can go through a review process with one of their research advisors, which means I don't need to review every piece of research the PWDRs on my team do - freeing up a lot of valuable time. - The dscout team, are really responsive, supportive and efficient, with any request or query me or the team have, which helps keep things moving. - The Recruit feature is popular amongst the team as it allows us to pre-screen users for studies in advance. This is especially useful if we have a niche group that we need to target and we need lead time to recruit them.
