I love the quality control for study participants that other platforms I used more frequently didn't afford me. High quality participants means high quality findings and insights-- I had the chance to make sure they truly aligned with recruitment criteria. This platform did cause me to switch and almost never look back to the previous platform I frequently used, but its still a bit far from perfect.

Building questions for the diary study is straighforward and includes a range of question types. Having a transcript for the videos is useful.
