We have been planning to implement NPS survey for our organization for a long time. We did explore multiple vendors but no one was able to fulfill our expectation or provide solution. Dropthough was able to get what we wanted exactly the same way, More over the tool was complete user friendly. Implementation was so easy in a short period of time and we are using this product every day. This is been integrated with our site to understand the business reviews. I like that the dashboard summarizes all the data into an infograph. The interface is easy to look at with less confusion even for beginners and that it has features to help create many types of survey questions that may help to increase response rates by making it less wordy and fun with visual emoticons/images.

The features and usablity is good as it user friendly.
