Drag is the easiest tool for our small business to keep our shared inbox in check. Drag makes it easy for us to keep on top of all the emails that come in, and allows us to reliably assign things to the proper employee, and also to make sure we can pick up the slack if someone needs the help.

I like all the features that are offered and I'm excited to be able to use this tool across departments to manage our work and minimize the opportunitity for duplicate work.
