This meant that I was in the driver’s seat and could customize the system however I saw fit! By not having to utilize an IT or HRIS partner to complete the system configuration, I was able to free their teams up to continue to work on other business critical initiatives and was totally in control to design an end-to-end platform with the employee experience front of mind!

The employee portal makes it easy to promote self-service with a fantastic search function, user-friendly navigation, solution feedback, and more. The functionality on the HR/Agent side allows us to customize and simplify user processes. The Dovetail team also does an incredible job listening to customer feedback.
