Dots platform is user-friendly, and is updated on real-time, means I'm always in the loop and never lose track of our remote workers IT assets. Plus, the Dots team are real professionals when it comes to logistics and procurement! Anytime something comes up or I have a question, we have a joined slack channel and there is always someone to respond and solve my issues or needs. It's incredibly helpful to have that kind of support available. It allows me to focus on my actual work instead of dealing with logistical headaches.
