Very intuitive and Very reactive customer service

I've been a web manager for a few years, working with many different CMS's, and Dorik is leagues ahead of the others, including major industry powerhouses like Drupal. I have found Dorik to be surprisingly customizable without needing to hard-code in HTML/CSS/Javascript. Those options exist as well, but the interface they've developed negates the need for them. The site is pretty easy to learn, there are a few learning curves that are more difficult to get a feel for but their customer service is very responsive and highly competent. They helped me troubleshoot via email—including recording their screen to send me as an instructional video—and they also make themselves available for one-on-one assistance through online calling services like Google Meet. While the site is really great on the backend, what is extra impressive is how beautiful, neat, and professional the pages look on the front end. I did a good bit of research before I selected a website builder, and Dorik had already begun building a great reputation, and my experience has reinforced that for me.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly? One of the best support experiences I’ve ever had.** I’ve had my fair share of nightmare platform support (looking at you, Groove), no replies, no fixes, just crickets. So when Dorik’s site builder started crashing mid-project, I braced for the usual stress. But the Dorik team, especially Himel, completely flipped that experience. They kept me in the loop the whole time, reassured me they were on it, asked smart questions, and got things sorted within a couple of days, without holding me up or passing the buck.
