The staff is VERY helpful and understand their product inside and out. I highly recommend this product for it's ease of use an data.

Customer service is top notch. I've never had a problem we couldn't figure out together. The cost of the tool is affordable and new features are being added all the time. It saves an immense amount of time for our donor relations managers. The Salesforce API is a good option for those implementing the DRM/CRM platform.
