Nice and simple Wiki for Documentation

As the name implies, DokuWiki is made for documentation, manuals and descriptions. This is also, where the software can score its most points. It is possible to create nicely formatted and easy to read documentation and information. In addition, the installation and menu are quite easy. System resources and especially needed space for the install are also low. Of course this is unaffected by the amount of data you might later store in the DokuWiki, but it generally works fast and is really great if you are looking for a tool specifically for documentations.

Clear information, easy to update

This is a software we use to document most of the details about the instalations we have in my company. It is an easy way to put all the knowledge together. You can structure the data in many different ways, all of them describe in their own wiki, so any knowledge in programming is needed to use it.
