What I like the most about Zotero is that it is simple and if you remember to open the app before using the plugin, works without a hitch.

I love the Chrome browser add-on. That makes it very easy to save articles I'm researching for and save them to the correct folder. I use it regularly to sort research and analyze research articles.

The reference management system is perfect, bar none. The sync capabilty across ALL devices is my absolute favourite thing! I use my laptop for searches, switch to ipad for reading and notetaking, and back again to my laptop to use Overleaf to write my stuff.
