The interface is increadibly intuitive. I have been using this platform for about 2 years and so far I have received 0 complaints from any customers of clients. You couple those facts with its affordable price tag, I can't see a reason why not to use the service.

A nice selection of options available in the free plan to test things out initially. Easy interface, simple for even non-tech oriented coworkers ;) Great option for organizations that don't send out a huge number of documents for signatures, but do need to have the option when needed.

DigiSigner is a very easy tool to use to manage the legal side of my business. I like the simplicity where I can quickly upload my contract and send it to my client within a couple of minutes for them to sign. The best part is DigiSigner takes care of everything from sending the initial email to my client to sending reminders right into their inbox. Once the contract is signed there is also a possibility for the client to donwload the PDF file so I don't have to worry about sending it myself. In comparison to other providers it has good options for new as well as more seasoned businesses.
