Desk.ly's user-friendly interface makes it very easy to reserve and manage desks. The intuitive design allows us to quickly find and book desks according to our preferences and requirements. We like especially like the function “Merkmale”. It's great that we can upload our individual floor plans. The support and communication from the Desk.ly team is very good. They are responsive, helpful, and very open to feedback.
Easy to use, ease of navigation with clear instructions. After lockdown since we are working with a hybrid model this helps to book the desk and to view the colleagues availability in the office. It helps a lot for different teams to share the space in advance in organized way without burden as we work with limited office space post lockdown

We started using desk.ly early after we were allowed to come back to the office after COVID hit. And i was so thankful to have a easy solution to book desks and see who's in the offices. Since then desk-ly really further improved user experience, the look and their number of features. Always great to see how tools are improving and growing. We use it every day. The implementation was ease and smooth as well as the customer support (which we rarly need - and I guess that's a good sign). Every time we were in contact everything was solved quick and within minutes actually. We work with the Microsoft 365 solution so its great that we are able to add it to Teams, so people can access it very easily.
