I have been using Design0 for two years and recently we upgraded to 1.7. I must admit that DNB team has addressed 90% of the requests we raised in the past months. The Design0 works as a complement to our website. The new features added in the new Design0 1.7 are meticulous. We were slightly concerned about the upgrade as our current business might be affected. Here comes the Project team who upgraded us in 3 weeks, no bugs were reported. After the delivery, we got an extended period for UAT, which relaxed us as we could review and test the new Design0. After handing it over to the customer team we were attended by the CSM Deepak. He made sure all our previous integrations were working as they were. He checked all the checks before putting it live. It all happened in the blink of an eye. Our existing business website was kept live with the older Desogn0. Once we got approval all the integrations were completed in a day and guess what, we were taking orders through the new Design0 1.7. Truly this team has worked hard and the customer made sure I have no unanswered questions. Re-trainings were arranged so that we can get familiar with the new Designo0 1.7. Gradually, I experienced improvements in this company. Language was a very big challenge in the initial days. It's been more than 3 years since we have been using this software. Though we are at license. Doing our business in Africa. For the last year, I saw a lot of improvements in the team. I don't know what happened but I am happier than before with the team. On-time resolution, no delay follows up. The customer team is at par and they don't leave you. The new team makes sure your work is completed and takes feedback after the ticket is closed. Their new initiatives are customer-centric. I referred two of my business mates and guess what they got the work completed in 2 weeks only. I am jealous. The customer team does not even listen to you, they understand, talk, and find a solution. Now, I see a long way for this team. Miles to go. Really Happy with the Designnbuy team.
