My experience with MacroPoint has been an excellent one!

|Descartes MacroPoint
Very easy to use, I like the control tower 2.0 feature it makes it very easy to monitor the status of your existing traking links. I also like the edit feature on the individual loads that alows you to edit shipment details and tracking duration. I also like the favorites feature that allows you to group just your high priority shipments together instead of having to sort through the full list of shipments being tracked. The color coding system is on point, and I like the customizable control tower display and the dashboard display. The map feature that shows satalite and topagraphical views is extremely helpful when determining lane quotes for shipments going to problematic areas and the weather view is extremely helpful when dealing with delays and estimating new ETA's especially during the winter on shipments coming from the east coast and going West or North West. There are several other features I like but these are a few of my favorite ones. I am still exploring several of the other features and tools such as capacity matching and the display options.

I LOVE THE FAST PROCESS OF THIS APP. IT'S EASY TO DOWNLOAD AND EASY TO USE. THE PROCESS IS STRAIGHTFORWARD AND THE TRACKING IS DONE AUTOMATICALLY.

Great TMS software

|Descartes MacroPoint
The UI initially seems confusing to use but once trained it's very simple. There are a lot of customizable areas that are not locked behind security gates. Reporting is strong and there's multiple views that can be pulled.
