Want to take a moment to shout out to a great product my team has used for over a year: DemoStory DemoStory has changed our demo flow for the better. It allows within ONE browser to show all 3 or more personas AND have any other websites open without timing out or having to log into each one breaking up the flow. Essentially you don’t have to create 5 different personas in Chrome and then open 5 different browsers to swipe between (If you have a mac, swipe if you have a PC, it’s a pause screen open the other window) they are all in one browser window and you can click on the tab to move from persona, website (for instance the recruiting site), and back to another persona. Having one browser to show all personas makes sharing infinitely easier on zoom, especially if you share a window rather than a whole screen. It also advances your demo flow where you can easily say the employee clicks to send the address change and then move to the admin and show it in the admin view, which, as we know, isn’t all that easy if you are swiping back and forth or opening new windows it is easier to explain the tabs. In addition, you can color code the tabs at the top so the audience can better follow the flow and save that configuration so you open up demostory and your saved tabs are all there making prep for a demo a snap! It’s a subtle change that makes all the difference in a demo. It's the difference between a hurkey jerky demo versus a smooth flow with different personas. It also allows for changing up the demo flow, as usually, you take a prospect through one person and then move to another.
