Nothing. We had a one year contract with DH, we did not find the service valuable to our company. As a smaller company we have a limited budget for expenses like this but it was worth a year contract for us. We did not find the service to help us at all, when we wanted to cancel our contract after the year they told us we missed the window to canel and the contract auto-renewed with an 8% increase.We were not aware of the canecellation date, but we were just a few days late nontheless. We met with the VP who basically said he couldn't do anything to help us and it was our fault their service didn't meet our needs.
