The best part about Datasite is that it is a relatively intuitive VDR platform. The chat support feature is also incredibly helpful. The agents respond very quickly and usually are able to answer the question at hand. Moving around docuemnts was relatively straightforward and the VDR access reports were helpful as well.

Datasite is effective for storing large amounts of data on our clients, but its inefficient

I like how we have the ability to organize it however we want and track who is viewing our files. It is also easy to change who can see what and provide access to the files counterparties need.
