Excellent support from a knowledgeable team
Flexibility and ease of use of the tool. Being able to use a combination of datasources (integrations and uploads) means that it is possible to combine different types of data easily and without a lot of technical input.
Our CMS is extremely helpful and responds to all our requests timeously, irrespective of how silly they may be. The implementation was done without signficant technical input from our side, which was a big bonus as a company that runs a very light IT support team.
