With my current position, i use sunfish workplaze mostly on time attendance (daily), absence management (daily), performance appraisal (yearly). The most lifechanging experience that really help me is time attendance feature, this feature allow us to submit attendance anywhere with verification feature (geotag and face recognition). In addition, performance appraisal self assessment and balancing by managerial also help us to make leaner and smoother procces (submission, approval, and checking).

As part of operation team with a lot of mobility to customer and supplier, i need to visit everyday and this system give me easier in terms of flexibility in Absence Management. Also with the teams that i need to monitor, with geotag and face recognition feature in time & attendance is really help me to monitor and check teams every day.
