Datajar provide quick and efficient remote software support to our team of 80+ users

Support ticket response time is super fast, which is imperative now that the whole team is remote. I also like that Datajar are able to advise me (the Studio Manager) on the latest updates and software packages that are right for us. Datajar offers great security and means that no one is able to install any software from the web that isn't approved, which is another crucial thing that I have to present when working with clients. Also, everyone who works at Datajar is super friendly and patient, which is great when they're dealing with people who need to get things fixed urgently.

They are friendly, professional and, above all, thorough in how they respond always seeking to provide top quality support.
