Outsourcing Mac support to a team of highly experienced Mac Admins

The support team are very quick to pickup and implement service requests. The Datajar Defend (Antivirus), application whitelisting and software update deployment deferral give us security assurance for our endpoints. I have reached out to their technical team a number of times for advice on new technologies we are looking to purchase and I'm always impressed with their knowledge of Mac Administration.

Consistently great response times, if we have a simple issue it's normally resolved within only a few minutes of logging a request. Excellent knowledge of Macs and the Apple ecosystem and they are alway willing to help when we are looking to implement something new.

Simplified Apple management and outstanding support

As well as allowing us to better manage our software licences and to quickly and easily get software and apps to whoever needs them. dataJAR's support is also excellent with very fast response and resolution times.
