Lt. John Cornwell of the Newport News Fire Department is self taught, and he developed this software because of the need in the department. This software has the capability to handle rosters/ phone books, records, certifications, leave/ overtime, Email and SMS notifications, reporting, on scene information. John is always available to seek out new ideas from personnel to ensure that the end user is getting exactly the right tool for the job. If the software, doesn't already do it, it's an idea he sees fit, John will develop the idea into his software. Typically within the same week as the request if not sooner.
