Data basics is good a software for training new employess ..I like the drop down boxes

It's easy to use and straightforward for the most part. DATABASICS has the ability to set up different codes needed (Sick time, on call). With over 700 employees, we are able to extract time logged (and approved) into a spreadsheet without having to manually calculate.
