It's a quick and easy online time sheet system. GUI is decent and doesn't require a lot of training. Easy setup to integrate with our payroll provider (We use ADP but they support others as well). Timesheet web site is stable and easy for users to figure out. That leads to a low cost of ownership as we get very few questions from users.
