The best thing about this tool is it's existance. Having worked as Power BI developer, I know how difficult it is to document each and every little detail of the report and there is always this possibility that we miss some little details. The tool is well bifurcated looking at the various components of a Power BI report. And the best part is it gives a detailed report of my Power BI report. Another best thing is all my M scripts and queries are stored at one place which can be very helpful for the client. Under Models tab, there are further drill downs which is again very helpful as understanding those details is very tricky but equally important.

Very descriptive on tables & measures as well, aligning measures to a respective table which are easy to relate like a tree diagram. It is easy to explain models & relationships. Users can understand by their own without taking the developer's help. Useful to follow & track the best practices of the model.
