It does more and costs less than its competition, and the support team is incredible. During a support call, there was a minor bug, and a developer joined the call and fixed it on the spot. Ryan (our account rep) and Sam (our engineer) have communicated excellently. The company is regularly releasing new features and takes feedback seriously.
