Support, Consultation, a Great Product. It's hard to pick one item. The platform makes it easy for non-developers to deploy integrations of disparate software. The support is top notch, friendly, reliable and always going above and beyond. As far as consultation services go, when needed they will discuss your integration needs, find better and mores resource or cost effective ways to accomplish your goals and set a realistic expectation of when to expect your new connector to launch. It's been an interesting two years, give or take a handful of months and I am pleased to see how the continue to bring new features to the product. I suppose if I had to pick one feature, the biggest reason we went with them to begin with, is the ability to implement branching logic for all of our integrations.

I really like simple and logical UI as well as API experience provided by Cyclr. Cyclr allowed us to develop and execute an integration strategy to provide off-the-shelf UX to our customers.

The idea of allowing us to code by drag-drop is brilliant. It did help us to be able less dependent on our development team. Support usually responded fast.
