Auto renewal with no customer awareness and no REFUND!!!!!!!! Nothing. They are heavily focused on earning revenue and doing whatever it takes to take your money. It's really sad how desperate they are. It's not going to take long for the word to spread among IT folks and help others avoid this small deceiving company.
