Overview of the customer portfolio got super easy with CSB.

The management of portfolio is quite seamless through CSB. The best part is being able to identify not only their product usage health stats, but also their relationships, risks and even financial health in one place. Playbooks are a great way to define the customer's journey. Personalization for each, even better. :)
