It’s rare to find a team this invested in your success. They’re quick to respond, know the platform inside and out, and genuinely seem to care about how you’re using it. There is a huge focus on ROI and whether it’s helping with ad strategies or walking you through the more advanced features like visitor ID and Klaviyo integrations, they’ve made the experience super easy. I like that Customers.ai has made it a lot easier for our sales and marketing teams to work together on leads and prospecting. The customer journey data and intelligence tools are really helpful for figuring out who we should focus on and how to approach them.
