Customers.AI is simply a scam when so many competitors with better pricing and better support exist.

The upside is that they have e-mail automation that goes out once a lead is acquired. That's it. Otherwise, this is not a good company. There really isn't anything else positive to note.

I love the customer service. It is fast, and if they don't get you, they will contact you to help. I LOVE how easy and intuitive the platform is. The questions for the person who introduced me to the system were more focused on very few things about operations. Helps me to save time and give information to my clients
