From MobileMonkey HERO to Customers.ai ZERO

Nother about the new owners/branding (They charged me $200 more without authorization and won’t respond!) . The old MM site had a ton of options, and allowed max customizations. BUT, the best of all was the MobileMonkey customer service through my rep. He was top notch, helping me build out my auto responder and chat tool. I was very sad to see he was gone with the new branding/company.

I'm not sure I like anything about this platform, its pricing, or its support. We've had the worst experience with them. I wish I had something positive to say, but I just don't.

I love that MobileMonkey allows me to easily create SMS marketing campaigns as well as set up automated responses for my Instagram account. It's a great all-in-one tool that makes marketing and managing my social media accounts a breeze!
