Customers.ai is one of the easiest platforms I’ve worked with. The setup is quick and the interface is super simple. You don’t have to waste time figuring things out -- I think you can have it up and running in less than an hour. I also appreciate that even with all of the advanced features, it doesn’t feel overwhelming as many visitor identification tools do. It’s clear that the tool was designed to be user-friendly and the technology keeps getting better. I have been highly impressed with the capture rates and accuracy of what it is showing me.
